I took my first Women’s only bag fitness class in July 2015. I had never been pushed so hard in my life and after that first class I needed more. What started with 2 fitness classes a week grew into a love for the sport of MMA and I found myself getting acquainted with all areas. I have never been one to shy away from a challenge. Grappling and boxing has provided me a steady outlet, a way to be a part of a great community, and a hobby/physical activity that continues to keep me engaged and wanting to improve weekly.
I enter each class as a coach or a student with the same goal, to push myself and attendees as much as I can while also understanding that everyone starts somewhere. You can expect a fast pace bag fitness workout with some surprises thrown in along the way.
