A fast paced fitness class that focuses on strength and conditioning. The class utilizes full body lifts, circuits, and a variety of plyometric exercises in order to challenge your strength, cardio, core strength and speed. From the warm up to the finisher this class will push you to new levels of fitness! 

We offer 2 different variations of our bootcamp class as well. TRX Bootcamp and Kettlebell Bootcamp. Each variation focuses on a certain piece of equipment while also following the same class format as a regular bootcamp. 

All of our bootcamp classes are beginner friendly and a great option for someone looking to start their fitness journey!
