Cardio Kickboxing
Cardio Kickboxing provides a full body workout using basic punches, kicks, and knees on a heavy bag and pads. We add in different calisthenics and body movements to provide the best workout possible.
Each of our instructors has a background in boxing or mixed martial arts. This will ensure that you are getting proper instruction and can avoid injury. Each class is different than the last, we constantly modify the drills and exercises done so that we keep your body guessing and classes stay fun and fresh!
Cardio Kickboxing is one of our most popular programs because of it’s diversity. Whether you are young or old, in shape or not, or have never thrown a punch, it’s a great group fitness option!
