What is Youth Wrestling?

Wrestling is one of the world’s oldest and most complete athletic disciplines — and one of the best things a young athlete can learn. Our Youth Wrestling program introduces kids to Folkstyle (Scholastic) Wrestling, the style used in schools and colleges across the United States, in a safe, structured, and encouraging environment.

We go beyond just teaching moves. Every class builds physical literacy, mental toughness, and genuine confidence on the mat.
