HIIT 45

A fast paced 45 minute fitness class that focuses on strength and conditioning. The class utilizes full body lifts, circuits, and a variety of plyometric exercises in order to challenge your strength, cardio, core strength and speed. From the warm up to the finisher this class will push you to new levels of fitness!

 

All of our HIIT 45 classes are beginner friendly and a great option for someone looking to start their fitness journey!

Your first class is on us! No need to sign up online—just visit our gym during class hours, and our front desk team will assist you. They’ll help you complete a waiver, guide you through the process, and ensure you have everything you need for your class. It’s that simple!
