Mystique has been training and competing locally in CrossFit for about 8 years. She earned her CrossFit Level 1 Certification in July of 2022 and coaching naturally feels like the next step for her. Mystique enjoys helping people overcome both physical and mental barriers. she strives to help members see that they are capable of so much more than they realize! 

Mystique played sports for a majority of her life so she finds the competitive side of CrossFit very fulfilling as it is comparable to more common competitive sports. 

Aside from pushing peoples limits in the gym, Mystique enjoys movies, coffee, breakfast dates, anything that has to do with Christmas, snowboarding, the outdoors and spending time with her family and dogs!
