Willow
Yoga Instructor
Willow is a passionate and experienced yoga instructor specializing in a holistic approach to fitness. With nearly a decade of teaching experience, Willow integrates strength training, breathwork, myofascial release, nervous system regulation, and energy movement into her yoga sessions. Her journey into teaching began as a personal quest to overcome anxiety and depression, and she found that it helped her achieve emotional balance and physical well-being.
Although she hasn’t yet participated in the gym’s classes, she is eager to explore the diverse offerings available. Willow appreciates the welcoming and friendly community at Evolution Athletics, which has already helped her stay committed to her disciplines. The gym provides a unique space where she can practice yoga, lift weights, engage in tai chi chuan, and train with heavy bags, all of which contribute to her holistic fitness journey.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Willow is an avid salsa dancer and snowboarder, bringing a sense of fun and adventure to her life. Her favorite aspect of being part of Evolution Athletix is the supportive environment that allows her to feel comfortable and authentic—an experience she hasn’t found in any other gym.
